On March 18^th, Congress passed the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) which implemented new mandates for paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave.  Even small employers with fewer than 50 employees are subject to the requirements in most cases.

 

These requirements go into effect tomorrow, April 1^st, and all employers are required to notify employees of their rights under this legislation.  You must display a poster at your place of business, and either email or postal mail a copy to employees working remotely.
